AI voice agent for solar & home services
Home-service leads need a quick call and a site survey. An AI voice agent qualifies roof size, bill, location and timeline, and books the survey.

- Technicians' time wasted on unqualified visits
- Calls missed while teams are on site
Calls it answers
- Service types, visit charges and warranties
- Booking a technician or site survey
Calls it makes
- Instant qualification calls on new leads
- Service-due and AMC reminders
- Subsidy and offer announcements
What a call sounds like
What your team gets
Surveys booked only for qualified homes.
Every call is recorded and transcribed, and every lead is tagged hot, warm or cold with a one-line reason — visible live in Mission control and sent to WhatsApp, Slack or email.
Where your leads go
The moment a call ends, hot leads land where your team already works — with the summary, score and recording.
Send every lead to your CRM or sheet through RANA's webhook, or connect in minutes with Zapier or Make.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we go live?+
Usually within a few days: we set up your AI employee with your script, prices, FAQs and languages, you test it by talking to it in your browser, and then we connect your number. Start with a free demo on your own script.
What does it cost?+
Plans from ₹13,999/month (1,000 minutes), billed in 30-second pulses. Starter is ₹13,999/month for 1,000 minutes and Growth ₹41,999/month for 3,500 minutes. Prices exclude GST. See the pricing page for every plan.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?+
The agent introduces itself by the name you choose and speaks naturally, with natural pauses and interruptions. We recommend being open that it is an AI assistant — callers care far more that they got a quick, correct answer than who gave it.
