What is Missed-call service?
A number people give a missed call to, to register interest — the call is cut and the number captured.
Definition
Missed-call numbers are popular in India because they cost the customer nothing. The business receives the caller's number and follows up.
Why it matters
Capture is free; follow-up is where most missed-call campaigns fail.
How RANA AI uses it
Connect your missed-call number to RANA and every missed call gets a callback within a minute.
